Gjennom medlemskap i den lokale fotoklubben "Arendal Fotoklubb" og Norsk Selskap for Fotografi (NSFF), er jeg en hyppig deltaker i nasjonale og internasjonale fotokonkurranser med FIAP og PSA patrionat. Min mest vellykkede sjanger er portrett, men jeg finner mye glede i landskap, stilleben og kreative komposisjoner også.

Over 70 of my photographs have been accepted over 300 times in competitions spanning 26 countries. Alongside receiving international awards, I attained the EFIAP distinction in 2023.

Equipments
I have fallen in love with Leica S and M. Despite being yesterday's technology in many ways, with few and simple functions, they possess completely unique characteristics that I wouldn't want to be without. For post-processing, I use Capture One and Photoshop.
Passion
Having quality equipment is only half the battle; without passion and a clear vision of what to capture, even the best technology or most expensive gear won't suffice. A truly compelling image must originate from within oneself!
Since spring 2018, I have had a fruitful collaboration with Veggbilder AS, where I, along with a handful of other photographers, deliver unique Norwegian photographic art in large formats. Veggbilder provides images for the program Eventyrlig Oppussing on TV3.
